Making the decision to seek additional help and support can feel scary and overwhelming. I understand life can be a challenge with many ups and downs, and sometimes we don’t have the support and tools we need. My goal is to help you find them! It is my top priority, as your therapist, to create a welcoming, genuine, and safe place to come and show up as you are. In my office, the client always leads and I follow. Clients are the experts of their own lives. Let’s work as a team, to get you where you want to be!

I chose this field of work to help others find the best versions of themselves, and it is possible!

I completed my Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of West Florida in 2022 and have been working in Private Practice as a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern for the last 2 years. My experience consists of working with children, teens, and adults on managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, behavioral problems, and the effects of trauma. I am trained in Trauma Focused-CBT and EMDR and use tools from other therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, trying out new coffee shops, and playing with my puppy! Now that you know a little bit about me, I would love to get to know you. There is never a better time than right now.
