Carol Grande, LMHC, CEAP, ICADC, SAP

 

Carol Grande is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), an Internationally-Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and certified professional coach. She has provided clinical, employee assistance, crisis response and case management services for psychiatric and substance abuse treatment facilities, corporate, government, transportation and educational institutions. With her experience, she shows clients how to carry  growth across all facets of their lives.

 

Carol has more than 25 years of success helping individuals and couples, adolescents and adults, learn to cope, heal and grow. She is committed to a holistic approach to therapy, focused on building resilience. She helps clients who may be struggling with anything from depression, anxiety, anger and co-dependency to stress, loss, grief or relationship concerns. Carol also offers specialized counseling for addiction and recovery.

 

Because each person and situation is different, Carol individually-tailors and integrates a variety of therapeutic orientations including insight-oriented, cognitive behavioral, psycho-educational, Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).  She incorporates skill building and mindfulness techniques into all treatment plans.
