Olivia Rieli

MSW and Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I am a trauma-informed therapist with three years of experience working in private practice, supporting children, adolescents, and adults ages 11 and up. I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to work toward meaningful change.
My clinical approach is integrative and tailored to each individual’s needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I believe therapy works best when it honors each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and pace.
I am especially passionate about helping children and teens build coping skills, confidence, and emotional awareness, while also supporting adults in processing past experiences and developing healthier patterns in the present. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, ensuring that care is respectful, empowering, and centered on safety and trust.
My goal is to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
